Volunteer at the Event

Helping with the party is easy, and you’ll make a big impact with just a little bit of time. There are 3 main areas we could use your help the most this year:

  • In-Kind Donations – like soda, water, gift cards, raffle prizes. You may sign up to donate at the link below or reach out with questions or other items offered
  • Setup volunteers – to help get the party ready to go Thu June 6 & early Fri June 7. There are many shifts available – no prior experience necessary.
  • Party Volunteers – to help kickoff the festivities while Senior Parents wrap up and return from graduation. You’ll be done by 10:30 PM.

There are a variety of volunteer opportunities and shifts for parents of any grade – NO experience necessary. To learn more and sign up, click here.

Volunteers for Future Parties

The Senior Party is run by all volunteers from all grades, just not seniors. Some of the venues require year round work while others a few hours at the party. Volunteers from cross all grades every year helps provide the best experience for students – it also helps volunteers get the hang of things to help the party run smoothly from one year to another. Look at the list of venues with open positions for the upcoming years and consider volunteering.
